A short update today :) As you may have noticed, we changed the banner of the site completely, as we feel it looks more professional now. We have finally created our own logo! That took us (ehm...lets count...) about 7 years since the foundation of this stable! :P I'm happy we did it though. And if you look closely, you see that the horse in the logo has mane that form an S (for 'Silver-Moon Studarm'). By creating this logo, we also looked back at our choice of name for the stable (don't worry, we're not changing that! Ever!) and we came to the conclusion that some people might find it weird that we put a - between Silver and Moon. And we also write Studfarm instead of Stud Farm. We do this because mainly, it draws attention to the name :P It makes people look at it and wonder. And apart from that, we just thought it looked awesome ;D So that's why. In contrast to the fancy name, we have quite a simple logo with just a horse silhouette in black and brown tones, and a circle around it. To keep things from being too much :)
Anyways, there is progress in getting some IDs filled :) We purchased a body for our NSH stallion Abrax, and with that body came another 5 Arab bodies, so we will add another NSH stallion and 4 Arabian stallions to our herd. We're still deciding which ones will be Egyptian Arabs and which ones Crabbet or Polish. Furthermore we are in the process of purchasing a cute stablemate warmblood artist resin. He/she is still a body and needs repairing and a paintjob, but we hope to have him fixed up before Christmas.
And lastly, the two pony stallions coming to us have been delayed. The one from Holland has been sent and should be here in some weeks. The one from the UK is going to be sent to us shortly, so we hope to receive him some time the coming weeks as well :)
Hmm...this update is longer than most updates I do...But I was too lazy to remove the first sentence about a 'short update' ;D
