Lately we have been expanding our Warmblood program with several new stallions and mares:
- SMS Zucchini: Dutch Warmblood (KWPN) mare, bay going grey
- SMS Alouette: Dutch Warmblood (KWPN) mare, bay tobiano
- SMS Wertigo: Dutch Warmblood (KWPN) stallion, bay
- SMS Letourno: Holstein stallion, black
We have been advertising our Warmbloods actively over the past few months, with very good results! Vogue and Idocus have both reached Level IV in Dressage at NMEC, with Vogue currently leading the score boards. We hope to receive invitations for the NMEC World Championships this year for Vogue and Idocus. Also Isotoop has been improving constantly, and he is now competing at Level III Dressage. Hopefully we can get him to Level IV before the end of the season.
Our new KWPN mare Zucchini has been doing well in Showjumping at NMEC. She has earned a 1st placing at Level I, so she will be moving on to Level II next year.
The IPABRA 2013 Nationals Show was very exciting, as this was our first year showing with IPABRA! Vogue earned Reserve Champion Mare of the OF Division! Also Idocus did very well, placing 1st in the OF Color classes. We are looking forward to showing again in 2014.
Lastly, Isotoop has earned a Division Champion title in OF Sidesaddle Performance with IMEHA. December was his first month showing with IMEHA, so this Champion title promises a good show carreer for Isotoop! Excited to see how he does next month!
So that's about it for our Warmbloods, but expect to see much more over the next month or so, as the NMEC World Championships are coming up!
Oh yes, be sure to check out the new Model Horse Warmblood Registry (MWR). It accepts registrations for Hanoverians, Holsteins, KWPN (Dutch Warmbloods) and Selle Français horses. Registration is free, and we have already registered most of our horses.
