Wow, I only just realised that I haven't written an update here in nearly 2 years! :O
Sorry about that, sometimes I just forget that I have a kind of mini blog on my website..hehe.
Well, since the last update, we haven't been doing nothing of course. Many foals were bred in the last 2 years, and several new horses were added to the website. I have mostly concentrated on getting my Arabians and Thoroughbreds organised into selective breeding programs. To the Egyptian Arabians, I have added the beautiful stallion Anwar (pictured left), who will make a great addition to the line-up. Another new addition is the mare Ghaliya, who will be important in the program, since she is almost Nazeer free, and has no lines to Babson horses or Ibn Hafiza. So she will be a great outcross mare for my Ibn Hafiza-bred and part Babson stallions.
My Thoroughbreds have moved completely to their separate little site, called Silver Feather Farm. I have acquired many new TBs, so many in fact that I can't even name them all off the top of my head. They continue to race at the All Breeds Racing Board, and nearly all are NAMTOBA registered. I had great success with Blacklock last year, as he won the Champion Mature Stallion award in the Advanced section of ABRB.
Recently, I have also taken up tack making, especially Arabian costumes and presentation sets. I might take some new pictures of my Arabs with their new outfits :)
So, lots of things happened (including me going into my second year at college), and I hope to keep this website updated from now on. And even if I won't write updates all the time (which I will probably forget anyway), that doesn't mean I'm not secretly doing lots of other model horsey things ;)
